Saturday Morning Hockey

_____________ has indicated that they are interested in playing Saturday morning hockey for Clive School.

Dates:  13^th May – 21^st Aug (13 weeks)

Venue:  Hastings Unison Hockey Stadium

Cost:  Year 3 /4 = $30

           Year 5 /6 = $50

We are very reliant on parent assistance with coaching.  Without this we will be unable to enter teams. Please return the permission slip to school by

MONDAY 27^th MARCH

so that teams can be entered on time.  Late notices will NOT be accepted.

DO NOT send in any money until teams are finalised.

Children will NOT be able to play hockey and rugby or football.  They must make a choice.
